SAT WIDES ATTENTION HOURS AND NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS

Through the press release dated August 28 of this year, the SAT announced that in this stage of new normality and following the sanitary measures for the safety of users and staff, in terms of the services it offers, it has done the following:

• Opening of the internet rooms known as Mi Espacio
• Release of a greater number of appointments to attend the services most demanded by taxpayers
• Establishment of restrictions to avoid the hoarding of appointments by third parties, supposed managers or offices
• Reincorporation to face-to-face work of more SAT workers.

Likewise, he pointed out that from August 24 to September 30, the opening hours are extended one more hour, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Monday to Thursday and attention will be provided on the four Saturdays of September in a schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., which will achieve a 32% increase in the number of appointments.

Taxpayers are also invited to cancel their appointment in the system so that it can be used by another user.
